I started my career in strategy and business transformation at BCG, drawn to the challenge of helping organizations grow, reinvent their business models, and deliver results. Over time, however, I became increasingly drawn to a deeper question: what truly enables individuals, teams, and organizations to thrive through change.
This shift led me to focus on leadership, culture, and the organizational conditions behind performance. I worked at the center of an ambitious enterprise-wide culture transformation at Novartis, helping shape and embed a new cultural direction grounded in purpose, learning and empowerment. Driven by curiosity to understand how a new generation of companies is built, I then moved into a fast-growing tech scale-up – stepping off a more traditional path to explore how tech products are developed, organizations scaled, and businesses evolve in real time. There, I had the opportunity to co-build the company through rapid growth and change, combining strategic, operational, and people leadership.
Across these experiences, I have come to believe that while change is constant, the real magic lies in how we respond to it. The ability to create space – to step back, choose deliberately, and align on what truly matters – is what turns complexity into clarity and intent into impact. And while often underestimated, trust is not a byproduct of performance, but its main currency.
With an MBA from INSEAD and experience at BCG, complemented by a background as a trained coach, I bring an integrated perspective that bridges strategy, operations, and human dynamics. Today, I support senior leaders and organizations in defining strategic priorities across the people and organization domain, and in building cultures and ways of working that enable both immediate impact and long-term, sustainable performance.
