My professional life has provided me with many exciting opportunities – I have worked for the industry-leading companies spanning FMCG, leadership advisory, technology, and vision care. I started my career in logistics and government relations at Mars, where I witnessed the power of team spirit and empowerment. The understanding of the importance of the people side of the business defined my next career step into leadership advisory. Working at Heidrick & Struggles and later in executive recruitment at Schneider Electric, I saw the impact that the right leadership hiring can make. My next move was to Essilor, where I had the opportunity to develop a global talent acquisition function, while also helping to navigate their merger with Luxottica from the perspective of talent management. During this period I launched employer brand, a university recruitment program, talent development tools, diversity agenda, amongst other things. It was a truly transformational journey, which gave me the inspiration and energy to further develop talent acquisition capabilities for Alfa Laval Europe.

I stand for people centricity, active listening, connecting recruitment and talent strategies to the business needs, excellence in execution. With an MBA from HEC School of Management and degrees in economics and communication, I never stopped learning. Having lived in Russia, France, the UK, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, I believe there is still a lot to explore.
