Connecting with people has been at the heart of my career from the very beginning. I bring over 20 years of experience in Human Resources roles within the Retail Luxury and Cosmetics industries, notably with Louis Vuitton and Coty. Having lived and worked across several EU countries, China, and the Middle East, I have been shaped by a truly international environment and I can naturally navigate in different cultures. I am fluent in French, English, and Greek, and have a conversational knowledge of Mandarin.

In both organisations, I have been guided by listening, understanding organisational complexity, and navigating the nuances of different cultures, personalities, and leadership styles. Working closely with leaders and HR teams across the globe has further strengthened my perspective as a genuine people partner.

I have supported business, functions and teams through critical moments of growth, transformation, and uncertainty, and have seen first-hand how individual and collective resilience enable sustainable performance.
