My fascination with people and how they work together has shaped my career from the start. After studying psychology and earning an Executive MBA, I worked in corporate HR roles at companies like Austrian Post and OMV. These positions taught me the operational side of HR and showed me how much good teamwork matters.
Curiosity and a desire to connect people with fulfilling roles led me into executive search. I’m enthusiastic about people and their aspirations, and I have a natural ability to identify not just skills but potential. At NGS Global and later as a partner at HIEC, I built long-term client relationships, led senior-level searches across industries and mentored international teams. Time and again, I saw that the right match goes beyond credentials—cultural fit determines whether leaders truly thrive.
At HolidayCheck I headed HR across Switzerland, Germany and Poland. I redesigned HR processes, built a team and led large-scale transformation. The combination of travel and technology appealed to me—two areas I’m passionate about—which made the challenge of shaping a digital travel platform during rapid growth particularly rewarding.
Then I joined EY, where I gained deep insights into the challenges that leaders face today and how these challenges shape entire organisations. Through executive recruitment and board assessments, I became convinced that purposeful growth requires a human-centric approach—one that honours both strategic goals and individual strengths.
