My career is a blend of international HR leadership experience, research-based insight, and executive search in the Human Resources domain.
The HR career was shaped, amongst others, at IBM, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Novartis, and UBS, working globally and based out of the Netherlands, Austria, the UK, Germany, and Switzerland. In local, regional, and global positions, I supported complex and large client populations and developed deep expertise in HR Business Partnering, HR transformation, and advisory work in the people domain.

Together with Margaret and a team of great colleagues, we jointly built KennedyFitch into a recognised brand for executive search, people advisory and leadership & transformation. In parallel, I have been active in building and connecting HR communities, including as co-founder of the Beyond HR Forum.
A consistent thread in my work is research and thought leadership and I have (co-)authored several studies on the evolving role of HR and the new world of work (2017, 2020, 2021, 2025), which continues to inform my perspective and practice.
