My professional journey has taken me across continents, disciplines, and industries – and somehow, the thread running through all of it has always been people. I started in executive search at Spencer Stuart in Amsterdam, where I learned to identify leadership talent, build market intelligence, and translate competitive insights into search strategies for senior clients across EMEA, in Technology, Media and Telecommunication.
At Philips, I stepped “inside” – working at the heart of their global Talent and Organizational Effectiveness function on talent reviews, succession strategies, and people analytics. That insider perspective became a strong foundation for returning to consulting, at KennedyFitch, where I wore two hats: executive recruiter and HR transformation consultant. I believe the best outcomes – in search, in transformation, in coaching – happen when people feel truly seen.
With two Masters degrees and a Co-Active coaching certification in progress, I never stopped learning and I next aim to support people in finding their natural confidence – giving them the tools to notice their patterns, change them and enjoy a freer and happier life.
At Brooksmiller, I am bringing all of that to serve our clients in executive hiring and consulting. What I love about this work is that no two clients are the same – yet the human needs underneath are universal. We all know what good feels like and finding that together is what drives me.
