I focus on finding and preparing suitable candidates for top executive positions for family-owned companies where entrepreneurial families navigate leadership and succession. Next to that I am serving a broad range of clients from large pharmaceutical companies to earlier stage biotechs, as well as PE investors.

With earlier experiences from Egon Zehnder, Ward Howell and KennedyFitch my career has been dedicated to executive search for the last 30 years, with one deviation. Prompted by an innovative quest from Novartis, I established the Spouse Career Centre in Switzerland, supporting the accompanying spouses of international hires. Shortly after the successful launch with Novartis, the concept evolved into a standalone business, and major international companies headquartered in Switzerland joined forces to drive retention from a holistic, family-inclusive perspective.

Consequently, I could contribute to the growth of Foundations For Learning, the learning center for children visiting Swiss based International Schools, but in need of individualized, additional learning support. I loved being a Career Coach at HSG St. Gallen, and a Career Counsellor to the Fellows of the World Economic Forum as well as an Assessor with the Schweizer Studien Stiftung.
