I’ve always been drawn to challenges where something’s shifting; a strategy, a culture, a way of working. Across 25 years in FMCG, Consulting, Oil & Gas and Financial Services, I’ve led transformations in people & culture, commercial and finance in some of the world’s most complex businesses such as Coca-Cola HBC, Philip Morris International and Accenture. Most recently, I headed up the Leadership, Culture and Inclusion CoE at Coca-Cola HBC, driving growth through evolving the culture, performance management, talent, leadership and capability building.

With my background in hotel management, business administration, coaching, and a PhD in organizational psychology and HRM/HRD, I believe that people and performance require equal weight to build stronger organizations.
