I have built an international career. It was not my plan, but a series of choices that turned out to shape everything I do. They took me across continents, industries, and cultures — and taught me what it takes to lead when the ground keeps shifting. Today, I help leaders and organisations navigate growth, transformation, and globalisation.
My career began at Novartis, at the Swiss headquarters and across the US and UK subsidiaries, where I learned how global organisations build — and sometimes fail to build — their leadership pipelines. I then spent years at BP in Singapore, leading HR for the Eastern Hemisphere supply and trading business and later focusing on business development for China and Indonesia. Those experiences shaped me into a commercially astute partner to business leaders.
For the past decade, I have worked at the intersection of technology and leadership in China — as head of the technology and digital practice for Greater China at Egon Zehnder, and as CHRO of the AI unicorn Tezign. I have watched AI move from a niche topic to the centre of every boardroom conversation. The age of AI will ask more of leaders, not less.
At Brooksmiller, I am the firm’s first partner dedicated to the East-West corridor, helping leaders and organisations on both sides find the right talent, build the right teams, and adapt to the opportunities and challenges. The world is being reshaped in ways none of us fully understand yet. I am passionate about playing an active role in connecting East and West, and driving business and HR transformation.
