I have always been fascinated by the connection between people, business and culture — and by what happens when those three elements come together at moments of growth and change.

Over the past 20+ years, I have built an international HR career across retail, fashion and private equity-owned businesses, working across Europe, Asia and the US. I spent 11 years at Inditex, holding increasingly senior HR leadership roles across different brands and markets, including the UK, Ireland, China and Europe. In my last role, I led HR for Inditex across Asia-Pacific, supporting a combined workforce of more than 20,000 employees across multiple markets. I then joined PVH as SVP HR Commercial EMEA, partnering with the leadership teams of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein and overseeing HR across a 10,000-employee retail, wholesale and omnichannel organisation spanning multiple countries and markets.

Working from inside large, fast-moving businesses has given me a deep appreciation of the link between business strategy and people decisions. I have experienced first-hand the challenges of scaling organisations, building leadership teams, navigating transformation and operating across cultures, while keeping people and performance closely connected to the business agenda.
More recently, I have worked with Europe & US-based private equity funds and portfolio companies as an executive coach and HR advisor, supporting leaders through critical transitions and helping organizations strengthen their leadership, talent and people strategies. As an ICF-certified executive coach, I particularly enjoy creating the space for leaders to step back, challenge their assumptions and translate insight into meaningful action.

What I bring to Brooksmiller is the perspective of someone who has sat on both sides of the table: as a senior HR leader inside complex international organisations, and as an advisor working alongside investors, CEOs and leadership teams. I am particularly passionate about, executive search, leadership advisory, executive coaching and helping organisations make the people decisions that enable sustainable growth.
